Jill Bradley is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, certified through The Canadian School of Natural Nutrition.
Jill has always been involved in sports since being 6 years old! She played competitive badminton & tennis
Jill was a Personal Fitness Trainer for 10 years before turning to Nutrition, since learning that if our bodies don’t get the right Nourishment, it doesn’t matter how many hours you spend at the gym. You will never get the results you want.
Jill's own story with Nutrition started when she was 25 and diagnosed with Crohn’s disease, then a few years later ended up in hospital having a bowel resection. It took 1 year to recover from the surgery & the toll on her body.
After a few more years Jill had 3 children.
Her eldest always complained of stomach aches & would vomit after eating a sandwich. They went to see a specialist, who’s answer was ‘kids always have tummy ache’
As a child Jill also had tummy aches so thought this was normal.
A few years later Jill’s second daughter was really sick & was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at the age of 4. A few months later after blood tests, Jill was told her daughter also had Celiac Disease.
The other 2 children also tested positive for Celiac disease!
When Jill”s marriage broke up she was diagnosed with Hyperthyroid
Dealing with all these health issues of herself & children, propelled her into looking into Nutrition & how it affects our bodies.
Jill is now living Crohn’s free & no longer has hyperthyroid. Best of all, this was done with no pharmaceuticals.
She has counseled many clients & helped get their lives back on a healthy track, incorporating ways that work with the individuals lifestyle, that is also sustainable.
Jill believes in tweaking your own favorite foods & having a plan that makes it easy to incorporate in to a hectic schedule & is totally sustainable.
She will also make suggestions on other lifestyle ideas that may help individuals & their families have a healthy & fun experience for optimal health.
